Shipments

The order is processed within 5 business days after the receipt of the payment.

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free. Delivery of the order will be made within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping to the EU incurs extra costs that will be calculated at checkout. Delivery of the order will be made within 2 to 11 business days.

Please note in the event of any delays due to external reasons, the Buyer will be notified and have a chance to proceed with the purchase or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
